Attachments Cleanup Assistant

Available since v. 5.8.* and Confluence v. >= 8.8.0

Confluence Administrators and Space Administrators with full rights to add and remove attachments on a specific page have access to this functionality.

The Attachment Cleanup Assistant makes it easy to remove unused page attachments by effortlessly identifying unused files on your attachments page.

A new column indicates the utilization status of all attachments used on this page:

- attachment is not used
- attachment is in use

Users have the option to selectively remove desired attachments or opt to remove all unused attachments with a single click!

Additionally, the Assistant provides a comprehensive estimate of the disk space that can be freed up by eliminating unused attachments.
